The collaboration philosophy at STSI is highly entrepreneurial with a focus on building sustainable relationships that leverage the expertise and resources of the partners and to facilitate projects that lead to the advancement of translational medicine and science.

In addition to the collaboration between The Scripps Research Institute, Scripps Health, San Diego State University and the San Diego Supercomputer Center, that led to its formation, STSI has developed strong relationships with many commercial entities and academic institutions on a national and international level.
