Shipman, Bill, M.S.
Research Scientist II
Bill Shipman received his M.S. in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He has a background in system architecture, high performance computing, and mobile computing. At STSI Bill is working on SG-Advisor being developed in the iSeqTools Network funded by NHGRI. Prior to arriving at STSI, Bill worked for a small data collection and aggregation firm located in the costal plain of North Carolina.
