Joyner, Alexander, Ph.D.
Postdoctoral researcher
Alex Joyner, Ph.D.., who completed his graduate research in neurogenetics in March 2011 at UC San Diego, investigates the genomics of autism spectrum disorders. After receiving the B.S. in biopsychology and computer science at the College of William and Mary, he was awarded the M.S. in bioengineering and the Ph.D. degrees at UC San Diego. He is first author and co-author of three peer-reviewed scientific papers.
