Scott, Erick
Erick R. Scott, M.D., M.H.S is a first year doctoral student at the Kellogg School of Science and Technology. He is currently enjoying the steep learning curve of computational biology while rotating through the labs of Nicholas J. Schork, Ph.D. and Ali Torkamani, Ph.D.
He graduated with honors from UCSD, before studying molecular microbiology and immunology at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He recently graduated from The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
He hopes to integrate his experiences in experimental biology and clinical medicine with training in quantitative and computational biology in order to advance Translational Bioinformatics.
