Libiger, Ondrej, M.S., Ph.D.
Research Programmer
Ondrej Libiger, M.S., who applies multivariate statistics and data-mining techniques to genomics research data, received the M.S. degree in computer science at Charles University in the Czech Republic and is completing studies toward a Ph.D. degree in the biomedical sciences from the same university. During 2003 to 2007, he was a research programmer in Nicholas J. Schork, Ph.D.’s lab then at UC San Diego. Since 2007, he has been a research programmer at STSI/SGM.
